IDDA may terminate the subscription and these terms and conditions if it is unable to renew the subscription based on non-payment, inaccurate or outdated credit card information. IDDA may increase member fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that IDDA provides notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription. If you are entitled to any discounts, rebates and/or special offers these are only valid for the term specified and the applicable terms and conditions to the exclusive offer must be agreed upon. Your member fees are non-transferable and/or refundable on any occasion unless required by Australian Consumer Law. If there is no corresponding date, for example 29 February, the ongoing annual fee will be charged on the next calendar day (for example 1 March). Following this fee, your ongoing annual fee will automatically be charged on the exact day of purchase each calendar year (for example if you joined on 26 February 2014, your first annual payment will be received on 26.02.14 and your ongoing annual fees will be charged on 26.02.15, 26.02.16 etc). The level of access to IDDA Content and Services is subject to the applicable membership level subscribed by the User.įor Student and / or Learner annual members, your plan automatically renews per calendar year from the initial date of purchase until cancelled by the subscriber.Īs a yearly member, you will be charged your annual subscription fee upon the date of joining. IDDA grants each member, whether Student, Learner and/or Group, subject to the payment of applicable subscription fees, and acceptance of terms and conditions, a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-transferable license to access the Services and Content available. All IDDA Terms and Conditions of Membership are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this State. Changes will apply from the date of posting. Any use of the site after changes have been made, shall be deemed as an acceptance of those changed terms and conditions.
